408 Pound Boar - Musky being a little more interested - 47" Tiger Musky - 42" Northern and a great number of nice eAter walleyes being caught! Lots of season left.
Temps have been on avg in the mid 60's for the last 2 weeks. Mostly cloudy skies todaywith a NE wind @ 5mph. Waiting for the smallies to turn on yet. Walleye fishing has remained consistantly good. Biggest one so far in the last week is 25".
Reminder that small mouth are protected until July 1st and Musky will open on the 18th of June.
Had good success with Northerns by rocky points or reefs close to shore.
Musky fishing has really turned on during the last week. There were a lot of follows previously but they were not being boated. Big walleyes have moved to the reefs and the bite is on. Decent small mouth fishing still reported.
